Are you an experienced boulder setter looking to join a dynamic team in Leeds? The Yorkshire Climbing Company is searching for a skilled individual with previous commercial climbing wall setting experience to bring their expertise and creativity to our centres.

As a Boulder Setter, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality boulder problems that align with our ethos and setting standards. Your role will involve safe and efficient handling of all aspects of the setting process, from stripping and cleaning holds to setting routes that challenge and inspire.

• Consistently create high-quality bouldering problems that align with our ethos and setting guidelines.
• Oversee all aspects of boulder setting, ensuring quality control and adherence to safe working practices.
• Develop and mentor the setting team, providing on-the-job training and performance feedback.
• Manage setting schedules, including coordination of both in-house and freelance setters.
• Maintain and organize setting equipment, including stock management of holds and hardware.
• Ensure a safe environment for all setters and climbers.
