Serious Climbing is looking to widen the skill set of our UK specialist team.  Working within all aspects of climbing wall and centre design, engineering, build and installation, refurbishment and climbing hold selection along with great climbing holds and excellent route setting.

SERIOUS STRUCTURAL ENGINEER. 

Serious Climbing is looking for a qualified Structural Engineer to join our Climbing Wall Sales team.  

A good knowledge and understanding of climbing walls and climbing centres is essential.  Working with our existing team of engineers and designers to make sure important structural detail is included, whilst learning how your skillset is applied in this niche industry.Turn your passion for climbing into your professional career.  This application is open to newly qualified Structural Engineers as well as those with construction experience.  This post requires strong CAD skills and some site work.

Working directly with clients, project managers and architects to raise the standards and knowledge around climbing wall design and engineering, ensuring quality projects, making sure the UK gets the best possible facilities to support our strong climbing scene.

SERIOUS HEAD ROUTE SETTER.

Working with the best route setters in the world, with the best climbing hold brands.

This post will require a maximum of 2-3 days route setting at our showroom centre weekly.  Some route setting at new projects around the UK to support official openings occasionally.  Creation of Social Media and YouTube materials to inform route setters and hold buyers with information and to help promote our amazing climbing hold brands.

Your expertise, through route setting and online will help route setters and hold buyers make sound decisions about what we offer and what is best to make exciting routes and boulders.

Set regularly with our impressive roster of IFSC route setters from around the globe, enhancing your own route setting experience and fuelling our GB athletes as they perform on the world stage.

SERIOUS BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTANT.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified bookkeeper / accountant to join our team.  We have a lot of things going on, across the different avenues we work in.  

We offer a permanent Full Time position with excellent rates of pay for a hard working and self motivated individual who is organised and takes pride in their work.  From daily sales, import and export transactions, orders, deliveries and tying this all up neatly for accounting.  Excellent knowledge of Quickbooks and Xero are essential.
