Head Route Setter Wanted – The Climbing Hangar Southampton

Ahead of the launch of our epic new 24,000+ ft Southampton site, we’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Head Route Setter  to join our brand-new climbing facility. The Climbing Hangar in a nutshell, is thrilling climbing, great music, and an amazing café to kick back with friends.

As Head Route Setter, you will be responsible for shaping the climbing experience across our bouldering centre. This includes leading a high-performing setting team, delivering a diverse and engaging circuit of blocs, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, creativity, and consistency. 

What you’ll do:

• Lead the route setting programme for the site
• Collaborate with coaching and operations teams to support comps, classes and training requirements
• Ensure all setting activities follow current H&S legislation and company procedures
