Our Big Depot Leeds site is a flagship centre and a cornerstone of the roped climbing community in the UK, offering extensive lead, top-rope, and bouldering facilities, plus a thriving community of climbers of all levels.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Roped Centre Manager to lead Big Depot Leeds into its next exciting chapter. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique demands of a roped climbing environment and has a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong, positive leadership to inspire and support your team.
• Maintain excellent standards of safety, especially in a roped climbing setting.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Drive business development, including courses, group sessions, competitions, and retail.
• Oversee all Health & Safety compliance, equipment checks, and risk management.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for climbers of all abilities.
• Collaborate with the senior team and marketing to grow the centre's reach and reputation.
• Champion high standards in cleanliness, customer service, and presentation.
