- Free climbing for you and a guest
- Access to physiotherapy support when you need it
- Discounted access to our on-site sauna
- Confidential counselling services available to all staff
- Regular staff social events and community activities
- Cycle to Work scheme to help you save on commuting costs
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
To apply:
Please send your CV (including relevant experience) along with a short covering statement explaining why you'd like to join our instructing team.
Email your application to [email protected].
We are actively recruiting and will close applications when we find suitable candidates.
Not sure you meet every requirement?
Research shows that some people - particularly women, people of colour, and disabled people - may hesitate to apply unless they meet every single criterion. If this role excites you and you're keen to learn, we strongly encourage you to apply. You could be exactly the person we're looking for. The only criteria we absolutely require is Climbing Wall Instructor Qualification.
Much of our work is with children and adults at risk of abuse and as such we follow rigorous child protection policies and procedures in our recruitment process. As a result, this role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service. A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from joining us as an employee; this will depend on the circumstances of any offences.
Closing Date: 2nd August
Salary: from £115 per day
