With your expertise and creative flair, you'll have the opportunity to craft unique and inspiring routes that challenge climbers at all levels while ensuring the highest standards of safety and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and set high-quality, inspiring routes that reflect our ethos and guidelines.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and effective setting practices from start to finish.
• Lead and mentor the setting team, nurturing talent and providing guidance and feedback to elevate performance.
• Manage setting schedules, ensuring seamless coordination between in-house and freelance setters.
• Keep track of and maintain setting equipment, ensuring availability and stock control.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for climbers and fellow setters.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in commercial climbing wall setting, with a solid understanding of technical and creative route setting.
• Comfortable working across multiple grades and skilled in using all necessary setting equipment.
• A passion for climbing and creating exciting, challenging, and fun routes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback that fosters a collaborative, positive environment.
