YMCA Lincolnshire is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Climbing Instructor to help people of all ages discover the thrill of climbing. You'll lead engaging sessions, teach safety and technique, and inspire confidence in a friendly, supportive environment. Job Purpose

The Showroom Climbing Centre is Lincolnshire's premier climbing facility, with an excess of 500 regular attendees and strong relationships with local schools and businesses.

To supervise and instruct adults, children and organised groups in the use of the climbing centre.

To work with and supervise (as required) climbing wall instructors/attendants. To aid with the running of a climbing retail outlet and hit designated sales targets.
