We require an Adventure Activities Manager who will be responsible for supervising and instruction on the HiRide arial adventure course and climbing wall. Day to day tasks would include meeting and greeting customers, performing safety briefing inductions, supervising customers whilst they participate on the activities, H&S record keeping, activity house keeping. Working within a team you could rotate around various roles and responsibilities meaning your day will never be dull. Additional responsibilities would be direct line management of the adventure activities team, including staff welfare, rota’s, PPE, equipment maintenance and auditing, all relevant H&S requirements. Overall site responsibility in the absence of the General Manager in rotation with the Leisure Reception / Cafe Supervisor.
We offer full training for the role however the successful candidate will have relevant experience and qualifications from within the adventure activity or climbing industry.
Successful candidates will be customer service champions with a strong, friendly and enthusiastic personality. A can do attitude and the ability to work flexible hours is essential. Leisure / fitness industry, hospitality / tourism experience would be welcome however is not essential.
