We are looking for suitable candidates for the following two full-time roles in London, starting in February 2017. These are both a great chance to join us at a very exciting stage in our development as a business, and will involve extensive contact with the wider climbing, health & outdoor industries.

We offer a number of benefits along with all full-time roles, including free climbing at our centres, ongoing professional training courses, and an opt-in volunteer scheme allowing staff to take a paid day out a month to volunteer for a charitable cause of their choice.

Marketing manager
Responsible for running our online presence, in-house graphic design and occasional side-projects.
Candidates should have excellent written and spoken english, along with good photography, graphic design and videography skills.
Suitable candidates will be interested in learning new skills, networking, and should enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with people on a daily basis.
Previous experience working in online media is a plus, but not essential, as training will be given.
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 depending on experience.

Retail Manager
This position is really several roles in one: Buyer, Merchandiser, Shipper/Receiver and Retail Manager.
Responsible for running the retail outlets across our three London centres, at a strategic and operational level.
Suitable candidates must be organised with the ability to work under pressure, have an eye for detail, be able to effectively work within a team, possess strong computer skills, basic numeracy and analysis skills and have an understanding of "green" issues and ethical sourcing.
Previous experience in sourcing product and negotiating with suppliers within a small to medium-sized organisation is ideal.
Training will be given.
Salary: £26,000-30,000 depending on experience.
