We are looking for a CLIMBING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with the foresight and strategic application to take us there in the ever-evolving world of our sport.

You will be tasked with:
- Delivering a development strategy of continuous improvement for our climbing and training facilities, that meets the needs of our customers;
planning and managing wall refurbishments;
- quality assurance of training and climbing facilities;
- organisation and management of regular competitions/events to showcase quality and innovation in climbing facilities;
- nurturing external business relationships to improve and promote industry practices.
