Jimmy Webb and the £1000 rollover Golden Problem! Press Release

© Chimera

While visiting the UK for CWIF, Jimmy Webb popped in to Chimera Climbing, Tunbridge Wells, to try their current 'Golden Problem’. Each month a set of ‘Golden Holds’ are laid down for their ‘Wads of Cash’ challenge, which if sent clean, filmed and submitted on the Chimera website, wins £250. The last few months have proved challenging though, with problems set by Ed Hamer, Matt Cousins, Matt Birch, and the current creation from Louis Parkinson means that the prize has rolled over to it’s current £1000!

Although Jimmy latched the critical final hold - pictured above - a finger tweak and concern about the upcoming CWIF led to the decision to hold back on the overall link and send. So the race is now on to see which wad can walk away with the cash!

If you feel that the ‘Wad of Cash’ could be yours, Chimera Climbing is a dedicated bouldering centre on the edge of Tunbridge Wells, only minutes drive from the Southern Sandstone outcrops. Further information can be found at www.chimeraclimbing.com
