Senior Project and Centre Managers required, London
The Lakeland Climbing Centre is in the final phases of agreeing 3 new London sites for bouldering centres and we now need senior project managers to help with the development of our sites in Harrow and West London. The role would involve working closely with Tom Hull, our regional manager, to develop and manage all aspects of the building and fit-out works with a view to stepping in as centre manager or deputy manager as operations begin. This is a chance to be there at the start of 2 new great climbing facilities in London. Applicants should be experienced, diligent and passionate with a flexible and committed approach; we are looking for individuals with experience of running climbing walls with the skills and ability to manage all aspects of the operations. Experience of managing building and construction work desirable but not essential. Training will be provided as required.
VauxWall has grown rapidly into a busy hub for the London climbing scene. We have also introduced many new people to the sport. We want to duplicate and improve upon VauxWall within our new sites. Proactive positive Managers overseeing a staff team who embrace our ethos of providing exceptional and efficient customer service is key to this.
£24,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience
Discretionary Project completion Bonus.
Pay review on opening of centre with agreed role including annual profit share bonus.
Centres due to open in January 2018
