You can do this route on a single 70m rope and ab down. We traversed the ridge at the top to the lower-off at the top of the Direct, and abbed to second belay ledge. Pitch 2 is about 35m. You could probably manage on a 60m rope with care or cunning use of a tree. with Debbie Wilkinson |
