Rockfax Description
A magnificent long pitch with some wild climbing in its upper section. Follow Hardy Annual to the corner, then pull back left and tackle the ever-steepening wall past three distinct cruxes to the top break. Swing left and finish as for Bullet. To the lower-off below the bulges is Halftime, 7c+. © Rockfax

UKC Logbook Description
Most of this line had been bolted by Craig Smith but then was abandoned. Tony Mitchell and Pete Gomersall took up the challenge and Tony reached Craig's top bolt in July 1989 naming the route The Technician. Shortly afterwards Pete added a wild extension and claimed the right to rename the final route Showtime.

thebigfriendlymoose 22 May, 2018 Lead RP Well, that was unexpected. First time though the low crux; as I climbed beyond, resignation that numb fingers and multiple foot slips would take their toll was replaced by determination never to have to pull on those razor crimps ever, ever again! The shake-out before the finale was... fraught... I set out again due to a mental melt-down, not because I felt recovered! The 20 mph winds causing every QD to swing wildly were.... unwelcome.
