The name describes the climber’s response to, and the state of the wall, ledge and finishing groove of Vomer. This is a cleaner, longer, harder - but better protected alternative. Climb the crux of Vomer but continue up the arete to the final break and good Friends. Harder but exquisite moves follow up the overhanging section before an urgent hand traverse left gains the good holds on Virtual Reality. Catch your breath and then continue the traverse boldly to finish up the twin cracks of Owl Chimney.
