Peter Metcalfe 24 Mar, 2018 AltLd Last Post occupied. Ice variable, quite cruddy at times. Higher chimney / gully not a goer and beneath monster cornices, so made rising traverse right to join Last Post

Big Lee 27 Feb, 2011 AltLd Top of the crux pitch was in desparate condition with mostly soft unstable snow instead of neve. Add to that virtually no gear on this pitch except a suspect bulldog and 10cm screw at the very top and a nut at the bottom. Character building stuff. Needs a good freeze before anybody thinks of trying this route again.

Chad123 29 Jan, 2011 AltLd O/S Excellent route, and a great link up with the first pitch of Last Post (Missed the Last Post?) which makes it a sustained outing worth more stars than last post surely? Top icy groove fun and exciting cornice finish presently......also a steep pillar on pitch 2 adds to the excitement.....

jonnie3430 28 Jan, 2011 AltLd O/S Good route. Steepish 60m ice pitch to start, then a couple of interesting step pitches and finished with a mixed groove. Cornice is easier to the right at top. I wish I had gone that way!

jamestheyip 14 Feb, 2010 AltLd O/S Lovely route with a good variety of climbing - steep water ice, gully neve and interesting mixed. Went straight up for the direct finish it was loose but just climbable. Left the carpark at 11am finished the last pitch in the dark.

Matt Bennett 6 Feb, 2010 AltLd O/S Lead all hard pitches, final so called crux pitch was out of condition, attempted to climb! it consisted of about 4inch of soft neve with about 4inch of air then rock; resorted to a diagonal traverse right for about 50m (now with in situ piton) to a good rock belay then up a snow slope for 30m to a boulder.
