40m. What does DRI stand for? Well if you had fallen off this route at the time of the first ascent then you would have ended up in the Dundee Royal Infirmary. There was also a short-lived climbing club active at the time called the Dundee Rock Idiots who were a riposte to the more pedestrian established, mainly walking, clubs and the Dundee University Rucksack Club who the members of the DRI were mostly banned from. The first ascent of this route is an early example of what became known as headpointing.
