UKC Logbook Description
Following the coastline North from Fallen block Zawn you come to a large bay. At the North end of the headland (before the Zone containing the white Arch) there is a narrow rectangular steep zawn. "The Cruel Sea" is the obvious capped corner in the right wall of the zawn (looking out). It is easily approchaed at a lowish tide by descending the slabs behind the zone.
The corner is flared and doesn't provide much protection but there is a vertical crack in the right and horizontal cracks in the left that take some runners. The cap at the top is taken on the right.
