βeta: Sandbag. This might have been a 3 star route once, maybe when the rock was rough and a fair breeze was blowing, but now resides as a kick-ass, super techncial 6a+ that is desperate to figure onsight, with very slick feet even in moderate sunshine. The first 6a I've redpointed in 30 years! Fab location mind, with the new startling VF that runs round across the gorge and over the route (so wear a lid!). | ||
