Rockfax Description
Start at the square-cut flake left of Rastaman Vibration. Ascend the flake to a good rockover which gives access to a blank slab. A thin move past the third bolt gains easier ground to the roof. The roof is not as straightforward as it appears; the lack of footholds and friction makes it very easy to fall. © Rockfax

UKC Logbook Description
Start by the edge of the square cut flake left of 'Rastaman Vibration'. Climb up and past the flake / very shallow groove to a good rockover which gives access to a blank slab; a very thin move past the 3rd bolt gains easier ground to the roof above. The cruxy roof is not as straightforward as it appears, the lack of footholds and friction below makes for a very 'fall offable' sequence of moves.

The lanky man 14 Jun Lead O/S Defo over graded on here; gets 6c+ in new guide and I thought it was soft at that.. Maybe just getting more confident on this slate stuff..? A cool route though

Lewis-Nield 24 Jun, 2018 Lead RP I definitely did come back and lead it! First RP go today. Very happy to have finally broken into the 7’s. Skipped last bolt and gunned for glory!

Lewis-Nield 3 Jun, 2018 TR dog Cool route. Will definitely lead this next time. Potential first 7a RP. Dodgy hold is not needed on slab, head left and get your mantel on!

charley 5 May, 2018 Lead O/S Who says you can't smear on slate? One of the handholds at the crux feels a bit fragile. Happy to get this clean, thought getting past the roof would prove too much but wasn't bad once I committed.

JonesE 17 Oct, 2017 Lead O/S Nice route with a superb bouldery finish over the roof. Almost peeled a hold off on the slab before the ledge. It's still there and I used it after it almost came off but probably won't last long. Probably 6c+ and not reachy.

Dan Hale 30 Jan, 2014 Lead β Awesome route with good moves through the overhang. Probably soft F7a if you are over 5' 10'' but would agree with the F7a+ for shorter climbers.
