harold walmsley 21 Sep, 2014 Lead β First ascent as a sport route. Lead soloed using a soloist. Named it Camouflage Slab because I drove along the A55 for years without noticing it. Found out about a year later that it was a trad HVS called Black Slab done years ago by Colin Goodey but not publicly recorded. There are 2 old mystery bolts on a ledge above the crag (below my access bolts, which are on a higher ledge). Nothing to do with Colin AFIK.
