1) 5a, 2) 5c, 3) 6b, 4) 5a, 5) 5c, 6) 5c. An imposing climb with two long, steep, sustained and wide crack-systems before joining La malet to exit. The steep third pitch is the crux but there is plenty of other good climbing too. As described here, the route joins La malet after pitch 6, and finishes up this. Originally it forged a way up the steep prow to the right with two harder (and much more spectacular) pitches of 6b and 6c before rejoining La malet. Just the job for those who found the lower section easy. Start as for La malet at its short chimney with red painted bolt, but continue straight up the groove. © Rockfax
