An incredible pitch in a stunning location. Start at a flake-crack which leads up leftwards. Climb the crack and continue in the same line to below the overhang at the start of the main corner. Pull around and climb the unrelenting corner to the top. © Rockfax

βeta: If doing the Whits End Direct crack start its a long way to the top. If you start low down on Ash Tree Ledge be aware that 50m ropes may not get you to the top and be able to belay. Better to scramble up and belay at the base of the crack itself.
