Quarries 1,2 and 3 are owned by the Wills Estate and no formal agreement for climbing is in place.
Quarries 4 and 5 are owned by the National Trust, climbers are asked to have civil liability insurance when climbing here.
Nightingale Valley and Burwalls Cave - climbing is not permitted.
Crossing the railway line or climbing routes on railway land (Railway Tunnel Walls) constitutes criminal trespass - don't do it.
Quarry 4 occasionally sees nesting peregrines, please check the RAD for updates.

This can be accessed in two ways - from the top trails of Leigh woods, near the entrance to quarry 3, or from the bottom near the entrance to quarry 3. Approximate GPS coordinates: 51.4646646, -2.6335943
From the top, find the path just above quarry 3 that heads south down the slopes. Pass several possible boulders until you're just above the train tracks. The boulder is at the bottom of the slope.
From the bottom, enter through quarry 3 and bushwack your way either along the train tracks, or just above the tracks, until you get to a clearing with the boulder. If it were possible, the boulder could be accessed easily from the pill path, about 100m south of the entrance to quarry 3, but this is not advisable as you would have to cross the train tracks.
