Rockfax Description
The striking undercut flake that runs up the centre of the crag is a classy outing with great exposure throughout. The rock is unusual and much better quality than it looks from the road.
1) N7-. Start below a leaning wall and gain a slanting crack that runs beneath a small diagonal roof. Follow this to the arete, then head up through steep ground to a small ledge. Continue direct on black rock to a large ledge belay below the main event.
2) N7. Gain the corner and improvise upwards to the roof. Undercut right - exposed, then up the corner to belay at its top.
3) N6-. Head out right and body bridge up until forced onto the wall. Continue to belay in a niche. The best quality rock ever!
4) N4. Easy ground above gains the grass terrace and descent. © Rockfax
