Rockfax Description
A great outing with a fearsome first pitch. Start down and right of the off-width layback corner crack.
1) 5c, 25m. Gain the slab and move up and left across it, passing a bolt, to gain the roof below and left of the corner. Arrange gear and commit to the crack (large cam useful) to the ledge.
2) 6a, 35m. Move left and follow the easier layback flake up the slab until it runs out and you are forced onto the friction slab. Climb this past bolts to the ledge.
3) 5a, 40m. Move up the wall to reach a crack on the left. Carry on to make a long reach for a bolt. Eventually you can start to move right to gain a ledge.
4) 5c, 35m. Move right across the corner and gain the crack on the right, this is Harakiri. Climb this to another good ledge.
5) 3a, 20m. Exit up and left over scrambling terrain to the top. © Rockfax
