Rockfax Description
The short, steep and intense route on the tower. From the cave, pull up and left into a crack and move over the bulge via a tricky move past a peg. The second bulge above proves to be the crux of the matter, and leads to a poor spike and easier ground to the top of the pinnacle. © Rockfax

One fall at second bulge then ground up. Nice sequence on hard-to-read sidepulls.

Dont usually enter DNF's into my logbook but thought this was worthy of a mention. Essentially a boulder problem in the sky, E2ish- climbing into a few bouldery moves to a jug. Might go back for the ground up when i can flash V5's

desparate and scrappy, with loose holds. had to pull on gear past first overlap but crushed the second, lost holds?

hard on first acquaintance. i think it was my eighth attempt before i did the move (it isnt that hard i just got a bit confused). description not really as Gogarth North, the crux starts at the bulge and finishes at the spike. in retrospect i felt a bit cheated on this: the rock on the crux is quartz and felt greasy / dirty. it also looks like a hold may have come off this but maybe i just climbed it badly. nice climbing either side of the bulge but too cruxy for me to really like
