Rockfax Description
An exposed journey that winds its way through some impressive ground on massive holds. Start at the base of a very steep wall on a long ledge below a short pinnacle.
1) 4a, 15m. Climb rightwards down the ledge until steep moves on good holds lead up past a large white blob to a corner. Climb a short way up the corner and then move out right around the arete to a good ledge and belay.
2) 4b, 22m. Move right and down, crossing the ramp-line (that rises to the left) to gain a short corner that leads up to the arete. An overhanging corner continues up leftwards. Follow this line, stepping left onto the wall to avoid steep ground, until large grassy ledges lead to a thread belay. © Rockfax

Solid lead from Jess on an awesome route that should definitely see more traffic. Shame the grassy ledge section at the top lets it down a bit

Managed to get this one in just before dark. Set belay a little too far down & paid with a bit of a drenching! Good holds throughout.

I led pitch 1, intimidating but straightforward. C led to the top of the crag rather than just the grassy ledges, ie as described in SW Climbs. This added nothing to the route other than immense rope drag! Overall, a nice S 4a.

Fairly simple...lots of loose rock on this crag near the top of most climbs.

Great little route! I lead P1, Neil lead P2. Little rope jam on pink, meant I seconded P2 solely on Neil's blue.

Intimidating looking start but really fun. More delicate on top pitch but a little scruffy in places.

Nice climb, the first pitch is the best

Well I ticked that we did Sirius but not convinced and had to abseil down to retrieve gear on first pitch before topping the second pitch as Pete ended up in free space :-) We climbed just to the right of the obvious corner (which probably does have the arm sinking crack) on the route that is indicated on page 272d of the climbers club guide. Fun and airy but it doesn't really match the description or the grade as the top was alot easier. It would be great if somebody could fill in the blanks!

Ok. Hamish lead first pitch and I lead second. Care needed as holds a bit loose-Hamish pulled one off and almost fell!

Holds that broke, rope faff and "Interesting" rock made for an emotional first pitch. Easy for the grade and the views were great.

With Pete (Kernow Klimber). The descent was scarier than the climb! Sharp rock.
