3 March 2023 update: Peregrines and other seabirds are either prospecting or nesting on this crag.

A temporary ban has been put in place by the National Trust covering the area of cliff between Tubby Head and Bawden Cliff, so includes all of the major route locations up to and including the America Buttress. Once the exact locations of any nests have been identified, restrictions may be lifted.

from 03/03/0023

climb is in the very narrow zawn between the start of journey to ixtlan and the four for Texas buttress. It is dark and always damp however the climb is exciting and worth the wait for dead low tides and glass calm seas the first pitch enters the inner wall of the zawn by a diagonal exciting traverse good gear the second pitch also traverses a narrow ledge until the top and sunlight can be gained a unique experience not to be missed
