βeta: For those who can't easily reach the slot with both feet on the back, I drop-kneed my RF on one of the holds in the roof, to get the RH to the slot. Then matched my feet to match my hands. Worked well but does involve pulling quite hard on the LH (warm up your 3 finger drag first!). | ||
