12m. Climb the arete between Curving Groove and Daylight Robbery on it's left side. Finish by a short crack.

A few tries. Tricky.

dmacmorris 27/Aug/14 Lead

Finally went for the lead (after about 3 year) on pre placed gear and sailed thought the bottom section like it was a jugfest, reached rest and clipped the micro nut. Made the crux move then foot popped off, gutted. The saga continues.

Don't really like logging TR's but guess I should - I've been trying to link this for *ages*. Tenuous. Grade is way out, I really, honestly wouldn't be surprised to hear E6 6b. Perhaps soft E6 or hard E5. Hard tech 6b move. Terrible protection on the arete (that didn't stop Dave falling on it on lead). Even including side runners, would be at least equally as hard as the E5's I've done.

I think this may have been the first on-sight ascent? Route was regularly top-roped by people before this.
