Due to the ongoing spread of Coronavirus, Italy has banned all climbing. Continuing to do so not only puts people at risk, but can also put more strain on emergency workers. Please do not climb here.
Altitude 1700m a.s.l
An excellent beginnerís crag, lovely climbs with nothing harder than F6a. The routes have numerous good quality bolts and the rock is excellent. The top of the crag can be accessed via a path at the back for setting up a top rope.
Park at the Pian de Schiavaneis Restaurant at the start of the Sella Pass coming up from Canazei / Pordoi pass. Walk for 100m up the pass until you see an access track with a metal gate on the left. Follow the track for 50m and you will come to a large boulder on the right (great for traversing). At the boulder follow a path right through the woods for another 50m.
|Nice wee crag with routes very much in the indoor wall style. The grades seem about right despite the worryingly to steep looking (vertical) rock.|
