Crag features

A tiny little crag but one with a legend and a poem. There is limited quarried bouldering up behind on Pinfold Hill.

Here lies the stone where
Robin Hood
Took shelter when he was
Persued
While near is Rivock's
Gloomy peak
With nature's wildest
State imbued.
Anon.

Approach notes

NOT on access land. There are lots of parking places on Holden Lane. Robin Hood's Stone is very obvious from Holden Lane (the Silsden to West Morton road).

Local venue. 150m walk-in. Good for training or combined with one of the other moor edge crags, e.g. White Crag or Rivock Edge. Good views.
