Crag features

Located at the south end of Thirlmere, by the minor road tracking the western edge of the reservoir, the Binka Stone is a glaciated dome of immaculate rock.

Climbs are about 4-8 metres high, with slopey grassy topouts. Prone to seepage, so best visited after a couple of dry days.

Approach notes

Park at Dob GiIll Car Park, and walk South following the road for 5 minutes.
