Crag features

A series of red and grey rock faces which form a long strip overlooking the quiet, pretty village of Arginonta. The short approach and plenty of good routes in the Orange and Red grade bands means that it has become one of the most popular sectors in Kalymnos and many of the routes are becoming polished.

Approach notes

Park opposite the crag at an 'occasional' cantina and use the iron rungs to access the old track. Loop right then back left to reach the crag.

Walking Time: 5mins

Please don’t defecate at the foot of routes!!!

Sector Piccalia is in a completely different place (at the very righthand end of Arginonta Skyline ... approx. one hour walk away). It is not very special.

The 2010 guidebook spells this, Arginonta.

Arginonda and Katherina are the same cliff, the original name, Katherins is used here.
