The climbing at Auckengill is spread over 3 areas with the south facing sea wall in the Quarry area being best and a suntrap if the wind is right. There you'll find a non tidal platform gives a good selection of starred routes in the most pleasant surroundings.
In a cold northerly wind or for a short hot this crag is a great option with nice short and easy to access routes. oscaig - 17/Jun/25 |

The seaward walls are pleasant and were a great place to spend an evening. Smelly Fox - 29/Jun/11 |
