The inland of the two islands is only actually an island at the highest of tides and large swells, therefore it is easily accessible.
From the coast path take the path down to the Cove using the rope and then the larger pirates rope. Boulder hop to the ‘island’ and walk up it’s ridge. There are anchors to be found with a bit of imagination. Abseil in from them if the tide is high.
The wall can be climbed direct without going out to the arête.
