Rockfax Description
130m. Right of Glissade Gully are twin ridges. The left ridge is split by a prominent chimney and the right ridge is Snake Ridge. This is one of the original classics of the corrie, with a short crux. For easy recognition, its lower rocks fan out into three ridges giving a fair impression of inverted 'Prince of Wales feathers'. Start on the left feather.
1, 2. 60m Follow the crest directly to a platform below a step on the ridge.
3. 15m Climb this on the left to a stance on a spike on the right.
4. 25m 4b Go up to a short wall and use good holds to pull into a groove (crux). Continue right up the groove to the crest or, easier, leave the groove and climb to a good hold on the left.
5. 30m Continue to the broken upper buttress.
