Covid-19

At UKC we are all climbers and we understand the strong urge to be outdoors as the weather is finally improving. Please proceed with caution though.

30m.

Rockfax Description
A good pitch. Climb the large flake-crack past the fault-line to a ledge on the left. From the ledge move leftwards to flakes and climb these, and the wall to the right, trending rightwards to the top. © Rockfax

RangerMcFreindly 31 Aug, 2019 Lead O/S I wigged out on this. Boomy flakes and my mediocre placements at the top made for a very fluttery finish!

andyjirvin 2 Sep, 2014 Lead O/S Led in one pitch. Probably the nicest climb we did. Worthy of 5a? Perhaps just hard 4c. Majority of top section, including all the flakes and most big blocks, seemed either loose or hollow. Care needed and difficult to place gear because of this. Shame as the moves through the flakes are really nice.

Ceridwen 15 Apr, 2012 2nd O/S Solid HVS, we did the right exit which was not too loose, but harder than the rest of the climb! I'd have agreed with 4c except for the last few meters, which were more like 5a
