Bowles is owned by the Bowles Rocks Trust (a non-profit making charity) and run as an outdoor education centre providing instructional courses as well as allowing members of the public to climb for a fee. All details aroud public access for climbing can be found on the Bowles Rocks website.
Rockfax Description
A classic line which would be 3 stars if not for the hellish top-out. Juggy moves from within the cave lead to a rail that is traversed leftward until good holds are reached. Climb the pocketed wall direct (avoiding the ramp-line of Lee Enfield) to the top break. The top-out could well spit you off into the void. © Rockfax
UKC Logbook Description
Climb up the dark left wall of the cave and swing round onto the front face. Take the pock-marked wall right of the vague ramp direct and finish right of the niche. Sustained.
