βeta: There are two quite different ways to climb this: 1) is, I think, the intended way, from the rh ledge straight up the arete, a cheval/guppy style. 2) start up the HVS but then move to the arete at a mini-foot ledge. Climb the arete to the top on its left, with a testing friction move at a blank section, and a possible detour to gear that makes the route safe. The top is getting a touch lichenous.
