Covid-19

At UKC we are all climbers and we understand the strong urge to be outdoors as the weather is finally improving. Please proceed with caution though.

Rockfax Description
Climb the steep, left-trending line using pockets on the right wall. At the roof, pull rightwards and climb the slab to the lower-off. Quite tough as an on-sight grade, but an easy © Rockfax

Coggo 3 Nov, 2019 Lead dog Very tough 7a+ to onsight My skin was too sore to go for the redpoint, but the moves felt hard. Quite a bit of strength needed to pass through the crux. Upper section is a lot easier, perhaps 6B ish. But some juice is needed in the tank after the beginning section to pull this one off

Dan Radford u 3 Nov, 2019 Lead dog Pretty hard for a 7a+, more like 7b! - especially when you compare it to the 7a 'FHM' next door. Crux is clipping the 4th bolt and it would be even harder if you placed the draw here too. Holds are getting a little smooth up until here then once you get the layback it's around 6b on prickly rock to the top

George_Surf 23 Feb, 2019 Lead dog What a battle?! Steep and the pockets are very slippery. Thrashed my way up and was one move off getting out of the steep ground unfortunately.
