Rockfax Description
Worth attempting as an introduction to the grade since there is only one relatively short and well-protected hard bit. From the top of the first groove of Meditation, continue up and left via a long move to easier climbing. © Rockfax

βeta: I don't understand the previous feedback comment. The route description in the old 1987 BMC Chee Dale guide reads: 'A route requiring ice cool climbing. Follow Meditation until the thread is reached. Climb up and leftwards to a flake until a difficult move gives access to better holds above the bulge. Easy climbing then leads to the break.'

βeta: Route description could be improved, i.e. From the top of the first groove on Meditation, step left and then continue up through steeper ground to easier climbing. I would also add that the description in the 'definitive' Peak Limestone North is just wrong! The route isn't bold and you can't clip the thread on Meditation unless you go off route!
