βeta: A note on conditions for the ice as I couldn't find anything: we climbed following a huge thaw that was essentially a factory reset of the snow. A period of very heavy rain for about 5 days, and then a cold snap that brought -10 temps for a week but very little snow. The ice pitch was brilliant and the rest of the climb goes on good frozen turf and light snow. | βeta? | |
