Rockfax Description
35m. Right of Thug Wall the grass bank runs up to good ledges. Death Cap is the big corner hanging above the left extremity of the ledges. Although the rock is slightly poorer than on the routes to its right, it is a classic, taking the most obvious line on the Right Wall. Easy for the grade.
1. 25m 5a Climb directly up bulging rock into the corner. Follow it up and right by a sentry box and turn the final overhang on the right. Return left to belay in an exposed eyrie under a big roof.
2. 10m 5a Turn the roof on the left by a difficult bulge and go up the short wall to the top. Very exposed.
