Rockfax Description
A good route that follows the thin crack on the left wall of the arete of Kaya. It is best approached by abseil from The Veranda to a ledge just below the large pod. Gain the pod - often damp - then the thinner crack. Tricky climbing leads past a couple of pegs (backed up with poor micro wires) to eventually gain a ledge. Finishing up the groove above is considerably easier but no pushover. Abseil possible from here. © Rockfax
UKC Logbook Description
Start from the large stance just above the first belay of Direct Route / Kaya. Climb the crack until establish in the niche. Hard moves to gain the thin upper crack, and then the right arĂȘte constitute the crux, then sustained climbing leads past two pegs to a ledge. Exit easily rightward leads to the Veranda and a large spike belay.
