A reasonable alternative first pitch should other lines be occupied. Start under a chimney/crack.
1) 4c, 20m. Climb up a steep wall and then ascend the wonderfully weird chimney to a belay ledge (shared with Batt Crack).

1) 4c. Start a steep wall and the wonderfully weird chimney. Pitch ends at the same belay as Batt Crack.
2) 4a. Climb the groove above the belay, move out right after a few feet onto the right wall and climb this moving slightly right and up. Reaching some slappy blocks continue leftwards to the top. Stake belay.
