Avoid bird nesting season. 
National Trust Park Ranger advised that out of bird nesting season common sense is needed. Avoid any nesting birds as this is a sensitive site. 

17m. The main bay on the seaward north side of the island on the right looking in, to the right of the main fierce overhangs at the back of the bay.
There is an easier angled section.
Take the main arete rib with a little step overlap at halfway.
