On the approach to cream traverse, opposite the block with clotted cream and other cream related problems is a low long traverse.

Start in two lovely scoops on the far left arete and traverse right along the low break until you reach the block protruding from the floor, make a couple of stiff pulls up to the top of the boulder and follow this all the way round the arete on amazing jugs and top out up the small slab via a bit of a thrutch.
