UKC

23m. A good climb, combining satisfying moves and reasonable gear with a quite solid finish by Odyssey Area standards. Good double rope work required. To the left of the start of Ulysses P2 is a low, rising overlap with some flowstone. Start at a peg belay towards the lower/right end of the overlap. Make a stiff move onto a shelf, then go left and up into a scoop, in-situ thread. Pull up left again onto a ledge and pass a patch of brittle rock. Place a cam in a high crack and traverse left across the bay to a wide crack, large cam. Climb the crack(s) to a solution hole, then step up left to a slight rib. Gain the strongly featured upper slab and bear slightly rightwards past a good crack to finish, avoiding poor rock on the right. Belay on the fenceposts.
